Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP)

Join the Johnston County Public Health Department in lowering your risk of developing Type 2 Diabetes. DPP is a year-long CDC recognized Diabetes Prevention Program. Increase your level of physical activity and balance your nutrition. This program is free, and for people not yet diagnosed with Type 1 or Type 2 Diabetes.
Start Date: January 3, 2023
Time: 10 AM- 11 AM AND 6 PM – 7 PM. (please choose only one time to attend)
