The Benson Center for Active Aging is offering Tai Chi for Arthritis and balance for anyone 50 and up and it is free. Level 2 classes will start on Aug. 7 at 11 a.m. and continue on Tuesdays and Thursdays for 10 weeks. Students must have completed Level 1 to attend Level 2.
