Adventure Development announced the opening of a BJ’s Gas station at Eastfield, its mixed-use development in Selma. Memberships to BJ’s Wholesale Club are currently being sold, while the store itself is expected to open in the near future.
The gas station serves residents of Selma, Smithfield and Johnston County, as well as motorists traveling along Interstate 95 at Exits 97 and 98.
Eastfield is a 435-acre, 3 million-square-foot master-planned development that is still under construction. Upon completion it will include residential and commercial uses. Residential components will include 211 single-family homes, senior living and Eastfield Village, a 348-unit apartment community currently under construction. Commercial elements include retail, a business park, medical facilities, coworking spaces, hospitality, restaurants and entertainment.
