Step into a space of authenticity and deep exploration in this transformative journey of self-discovery and healing. Led by Joss Michael, a seasoned Master Soma Breath Instructor, and Garth Robertson, a master of sound healing with a variety of instruments including the dijeridoo, this event offers a genuine opportunity to reset your nervous system and find inner balance. We'll begin with breathwork led by Joss Michael, diving into the practice of Soma Breath. Through rhythmic breathing and gentle guidance, you'll explore the power of your breath to shift your state of being. Just you and your breath, exploring the depths of your inner landscape. As the breathwork session winds down, you'll gradually transition into the immersive experience of sound healing with Garth Robertson. His soul-stirring melodies on the dijeridoo will fill the space, inviting you to surrender and let go. Garth's music speaks for itself, offering a space for reflection, release, and profound connection. Together, these two modalities create a synergistic journey into self, and inner peace and harmony.
