Sip and Spin – Wheel Throwing Fun Night

Enjoy your favorite adult beverage while you (wheel)throw down!
Getto know the pottery wheel in thisfun, adult only class. You’ll learn how to wedge, center, and pull walls in a participation style demonstration. Students will then be set free with multiple balls of clay to practice until their heart’s content (and 8:30pm:).
Event isBYOB and Snacks! Feel free to bring a small cooler to keep beverages cool.
Guidance will be provided throughout class.
All experience levels and questions are welcomed!
Students may choose one piece to be finished by staff. They will hand trim and glaze your piece with one glaze of your choice.
We use glazes that are considered food safe.
Projects will be made with a strong stoneware clay that turns white once fired in the kiln.
Dressingfor a messy class is recommended.
