Gorman Group Insurance in Clayton has named Julionna Baird as its new operations manager.
In her new role, Baird will oversee the agency’s daily operations while supporting client service, internal processes and community engagement. Agency owner Matt Gorman said Baird’s experience in leadership, organization and customer service makes her a strong addition to the team.
“We are excited to welcome Julionna to the Gorman Group Insurance team,” Gorman said. “Her experience, work ethic and heart for helping people make her a great fit for our agency.”
Baird and her family moved to Clayton nearly two years ago and have enjoyed becoming part of the community. She said she looks forward to building relationships with clients and helping individuals, families and businesses protect what matters most through their insurance coverage.
Founded by Matt Gorman, Gorman Group Insurance is an independent agency based in Clayton that serves individuals, families and businesses with a range of personal and commercial insurance products. The addition of Baird comes as the agency continues to grow its operations and serve clients throughout Johnston County and the surrounding area.
