There are few ways of being more present than painting what’s right in front of you… In collaboration with Gina Huitt and Hand-Picked Nursery: Paint a gorgeous picture of a pumpkin with an experienced local artist! In this workshop you’ll join long-time painter and watercolor expert Gina Huitt as she takes her time teaching you the craft of watercolors and helping you capture the subject through your own eyes. Enjoy a beautiful morning with no wrong answers and take your completed piece home with you when you’re done. All supplies are included. This event will be hosted at Hand-Picked Nursery, a veteran-owned business that loves plants and want to bring their joy into your home. After your experience, check out the nursery. Girl Scout Troop 1999 is hosting a pet adoption event at Hand Picked Nursery as their Bronze Award project. The Bronze Award project is the highest award for Junior Girl Scouts.
