Walk down Main Street as local businesses hand out candy between Horne Square and TownSquare! After you've collected all your candy - join us in Town Square for fun, games, music, and more! Celebrate Independence Day in Downtown Clayton. This annual event features a variety of fun activities and attractions for all ages, including a fireworks display at Clayton High School at dusk. Be sure to follow the Town of Clayton on social media for the schedule of events. This is free and open to the public.

Check out the second free Downtown Clayton Concert of the 2024 Season on June 20 and see the Earth, Wind and Fire Tribute Band. The Earth, Wind & Fire Tribute Band is a talented and committed group of musicians and vocalists whose roots are in gospel music. They share a great love and appreciation for the style and musicianship of the premier band of the 70's, 80's and 90's Earth, Wind and Fire. Selling out venues globally, the grammy-award winning band continues to record and perform for an endearing fan base......... still going strong for over four decades. Plan to spend this evening in Downtown Clayton with the shopping and dining we all love plus food trucks, beer, wine and more once the concert starts! Activities start at 6, Music starts at 6:30. Afterwards, all participants are invited to join us at Deep River Brewing Company starting at 1:00 PM to turn in supplies, win prizes, and celebrate! This holiday tradition is designed for those with little legs to put on their costume and take over Main Street, where they march down the street and sidewalks where they are greeted by local business owners, waiting to hand them goodies and treats. Once you've filled up your bags, stop by Town Square to snap a festive picture and play some games.
