The Woman’s Club of Clayton Taste of Carolina

The “Taste of Carolina,” a major fundraiser of The Woman’s Club of Clayton, will be held Saturday, March 30. The dining event showcases the best food from 10-12 local restaurants, all in one location. Restaurants will serve two to three tastes of their delicious fare and participants will vote on a People’s Choice award for their favorite restaurant. In addition, culinary judges from Johnston Community College and Wake Tech will determine awards for Most Original, Best Dessert, Best Use of Local Ingredients and Best Presentation. The event will be held at the Farm at 42. Doors open at 6 p.m. Food will be served from 6–8 p.m. with awards presented at 8:15 p.m. There will be a DJ, dancing, 50/50 Raffle and a Silent Auction that includes four nights at a beach cottage in Ocean Isle, golf packages from several courses, food trucks with gift certificates from local restaurants, a pet portrait certificate and much more.  Beer and wine will be available for purchase. Harbor’s 2024 Black & White Gala

It's that time again! Harbor's Black & White Gala is scheduled for Saturday, February 17 at 6 p.m. at The Farm on 42. There will be dinner, cocktails, a silent auction and dancing the night away to North Tower Band. You can purchase a sponsorship at: https://HarbrGala24.givesmart.com. Note: Individual ticket sales will begin January 22 and will be $100 per person. There will be a limited amount of tickets available, so get yours on January 22 if you don't purchase a sponsorship. Along with being a wonderful evening with friends, this is Harbor's biggest fundraiser of the year and a great opportunity to help Harbor continue its mission to save lives in the community. This FREE, family-friendly event will include a vendor market, photos with Santa, Christmas mini photosessions, concessions, and more.
